Jeff Leisk – Industry Leader in Motorcycles and Mobility
From the age of seven, Jeff Leisk has lived and breathed motorcycles. Beginning as a fiercely competitive motocross racer, he rose to the top of the sport in Australia before launching an international career in the USA and Europe. His achievements include multiple Grand Prix victories and an impressive second place in the 1989 World Championship as part of the Honda factory team.
After retiring from racing, Jeff transitioned into the business side of the industry. In 2000, he became Managing Director and shareholder of KTM’s Australia and New Zealand importer, AHG. Over the next two decades, he guided the business from just 400 units annually to 15,000 units by 2020, building a strong and stable dealer network of 120 dealers in the process.
In 2022, Jeff established his own consulting company, leveraging his decades of experience to support emerging players in the mobility space. He was engaged by electric motorcycle manufacturer Stark Future to establish sales subsidiaries in both Australia and New Zealand—an initiative he has successfully delivered upon by successfully establishing operations in both countries.
